How long has IFRE been working in Ghana? Whom do you work with? Where are you located?
Our volunteer in Ghana programs have been up and running since 2006 . We are presently focusing on four major volunteer service programs: working in orphanages, teaching English, HIV/AIDS-treatment/awareness, and healthcare. IFRE works with many local NGOs, orphanages and community projects in hopes of offering meaningful placement for our volunteers in Ghana
IFRE has a well-established office in Accra - giving volunteers equal access to numerous parts of the city. IFRE runs our weeklong Language and Cultural orientation in the Accra office. Volunteers' projects are located in Accra, Kumasi and (name).
The mission of IFRE Volunteers is to offer the most affordable as well as the highest quality volunteer and humanitarian abroad experiences - enabling us to make a contribution for all of humanity in its quest to make the world a better place. Through our volunteer and humanitarian trips abroad, we aim to spread love and compassion worldwide while improving the lives of destitute children and less-fortunate communities. We at IFRE also seek sustainable solutions in the fields of education, healthcare, conservation efforts and development issues through international volunteering.
