Both the environment and human rights are often compromised in developing countries around the world. Often ignored, the rights of the citizens are often back-seated in an effort to catch up with the rest of the developed world on an economic level. The same goes for the environment. If a forest must be razed and leveled for the sake of commerce and industrialization, such a forest would be annihilated within the blink-of-an-eye and without hesitation.
In collaboration with NGOs hoping to address these very important topics, volunteers are needed to assist to halting of the destruction of the Argentinean environment as well as its people's rights. Global thinkers and human rights activists are ideal for this project as well as self-starters sympathetic to the ploy of their fellow and less fortunate man.
Skills/Qualifications
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Spanish is preferred. No specific qualifications are required to join the NGO: Human and Environmental Rights project in Argentina .
